Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

slow service cold food

The restaurant service was slow and inattentive. Staff often stood around without checking on tables. I ordered steak and fries, but it arrived cold, I suspect because it sat too long before being delivered. They apologized and offered a free drink, but I just wanted hot food served promptly (the Thai fish cakes were good though).

mixed feelings about my stay

inconsistent service outdated equipment

I encountered a few snags . the room service was surprisingly inconsistent. one day, my room wasn't cleaned until late afternoon. also, the gym situation was a bit odd. It's tiny and some of the equipment looked quite old. i think they could really use an update, especially considering the price of the rooms.

AMAZING hotel with friendly staff!

perfect location friendly staff delicious breakfasts

i appreciate the perfect location for exploring the main attractions. the staff are friendly. breakfasts were delicious, with great varieties of fruits. the pool was also perfect.

The only thing that i didn't like was the noise. in that way, you can enjoy a better experience. this may disturb people who want to sleep.

The room provides a fantastic river view from the balcony. Inside, i saw a spacious layout with good appointed decor. two separate sinks added convenience, and the rainfall shower enhanced my experience.

the swimming pool area has many loungers and i saw shaded sections for relaxation. the hotel is located near the river. tourist boats are available just outside, this made visiting main attractions easy.

Acceptable stay, noise and service issues.

excessive noise cold steak

The breakfast had many options.

The noise was excessive due to the bridge. It was hard to relax outside. I found the restaurant and pool area service lacking. The staff needed more training, as they seemed to stand around without assisting guests. My steak arrived cold, though the food quality was good once they replaced it.
